Gratitude is a great way to approach each new day.  You can wake up to a big stretch, which feels awesome all by itself. Adding a gratitude practice when you finish the stretch allows your brain to be in the moment with your body.

I am often grateful for the pillow, followed by being thankful for my bones, muscles and the mattress! It is only after the second stretch that I open up my brain to all the other amazing things in my life. It feels so great to pop out of bed with gratitude on my mind.
