Bonny has been coaching and consulting with individuals and business owners for over ten years and in all cases she supports the client to achieve their vision. Her business expertise and her understanding of the strong desire for leaders to feel connected have motivated her to establish a business to share her strategies and wisdom. Bonny believes leaders who have a positive support structures can spread their joy to their family, friends, company, community and ultimately the world.

Bonny supported a CEO of a technology company with the implementation of vision, mission and value statements to enhance their culture while they grew their revenue. Bonny’s experience leading a non-profit from $250 million to a billion dollar enterprise was just what the CEO needed to help with the transition from President to CEO. The leadership at the technology company was coached by Bonny during the institutionalization of the CEO’s culture transformation.
Bonny coached a new owner of a private company in their transition from being in their business to leading their business. The owner purchased the business from their parent after working in the business for years. Bonny support the new owner to identify their leadership style, develop their business strategies and aligned the vision, mission and values. Supporting the change management of this major change in control allowed the new owner to understand their role, transition into the role and develop their voice as the new owner.
Bonny was engaged by a non profit to support the senior leadership team during a CEO transition. The non profit board and transition leadership team benefited from Bonny’s experience of working at a non profit during several major leadership transitions. Bonny supported the interim leaders with their role to ensure the non profit stayed on course and achieved their mission.
Bonny’s transformational leadership experience was key to supporting a non profit with a change in CFO leadership. Bonny was able to guide the CEO and Board through the evaluation of the non profits financial position. The non profit implemented a new business model and critical internal control changes. CEO said “We are in such a different place now, thanks to you. And it was been a great pleasure and I am learning a lot working with you.”
Bonny is the Chapter Chair of three New York Capital District Region Women Presidents’ Organization Chapters. Her role as the chapter facilitator is to support the peer to peer learning for business women owners at monthly meetings.
